Q - Can I pay by Cheque or Postal Order?A - Yes,
We Will Give You A Discount For Paying By Cheque/Postal Order! As
there will be no payment charges from Paypal we can pass those savings onto you,

Q - Can I pay by credit card over the phone?
A - Unfortunately we can not accept this type of payment, we take payment
security very seriously and only accept payment via Paypal or Cheque/Postal
Order. You can always setup a free Paypal Account. click
here Q - How long
before I get my order?
A - Usually 1 to 2 working days from payment clearance as long as we have
stock available. Unless otherwise stated your order will be shipped using Royal
Mail First Class Sign For service.
If we are out of stock we will let you know 1 working day from receipt of order
and will either:-
- Offer you another item from our range at the same price.
- Place the item on backorder for you awaiting our stock order.
- Provide you with a full refund.
Q - What if I don't want the item/order because it does not fit or I just
don't like it?
A - No problem, as long as the item is in it's original condition please
send it back to 5th Element Aerobic and Sports Wear, 35 Doveton Way, Newbury,
Berkshire RG14 2AT for either an exchange with something else or a full item
refund. Each order has a returns form that can be completed.
Q - Can I machine wash these clothes?
A - Yes, each item purchased is supplied with a care instruction leaflet (We
hate scratchy labels so none of our items have them on the inside). Take a look

Q - How do I request a catalogue?
A - Just send us an E-mail at comments@goto5the.co.uk
with your name and Address and we will arrange to have one sent to you once the new range has been published.
Q - Why am I unable to order the item I want online?
A - Make sure the cookies are enabled within your browser, items out of stock are shown but have no order button against them, so they can not be added to the shopping cart.
Q - Can I order from outside the UK?
A - Yes, we deliver all over the world, once you have placed your order via
Paypal we will send you a request for payment for the additional packing and shipping
charge at cost. Once received your order will be shipped to you. Unless
specified all orders will be sent first class recorded air mail.
Q - Do you do club or Instructor discounts?
A - Yes, please send us an e-mail to comments@goto5the.co.uk
with the following details of your club:-
Club Type (Ie Athletics, Aerobics, Yoga etc)
Club address
Amount of female members
Club contact name/E-mail/ telephone number
We will then contact you to discuss discounts applicable.
Q - I'm unable to enter my payment details
A - Because the payment details section of our web site is run by Paypal your credit card details are kept strictly secret. For this page to run correctly your cookies must be enabled on your web browser. If you are using MS Internet Explorer 6 you can adjust your security level by doing the following. In the top menu select "Tools" then "Internet Options" under the tab "Security" move the slider down until cookies are
enabled. Remember once you have finished with our site to return the slider setting to its original position.
