Women's Martial Arts, No Pain No Gain!!!??

Unless your doing a full contact women's martial arts or similar class then you should not be feeling any pain whilst exercising. If you train so hard you feel like dieing then how likely are you to go back and do it again!

Break into any exercise regime gently and build up your fitness gradually. Not only is this safer, your less likely to pick up injuries and more likely to enjoy what your doing and do it on a regular basis.

Even if you are doing women's martial arts, if you suffer constant pain over a period of time then your body is telling you something and you should get it checked out.
