Wieght machines have drawbacks.
1. Can get boring. 2. May not fit your body shape. 3. May make you feel uncomfortable exercising no matter how much you adjust them. 4. They concentrate on specific groups of muscles only, this may cause a problem if you only target these muscles in your workout. In every day life you don't just use one set of muscles! So may become prone to injury. 5. Wieght machines are not portable! You have to go to them for the work out! |
