Water intake and Exercising

Your water intake should be approx 8 cups per day (approx 2 litres) to maintain a good water intake balance.

However, if you are exercising then you should increase your water intake by a minimum of 10 cups per day(2.5 litres). This should be taken through out the day. Especially whilst at the gym or working out. You should have a free water dispenser at the gym because they know how important a good water intake is.
