Try walking, you do not have to build up a sweat which would make you uncomfortable for the rest of the day. Just find a pleasant path for walking along a river or canal, down the park, take a friend and have a chat as you go.

What benefit would you get. You'll feel more alert for the rest of the day and the walking will also aid digestion. Remember to have a drink and don't become dehydrated.
