What do you do at lunch time? Walking?
Do you get an hour off? How long does it take to eat your healthy sandwiches 15 minutes? Why don't you get up and get out! Try walking, you do not have to build up a sweat which would make you uncomfortable for the rest of the day. Just find a pleasant path for walking along a river or canal, down the park, take a friend and have a chat as you go. What benefit would you get. You'll feel more alert for the rest of the day and the walking will also aid digestion. Remember to have a drink and don't become dehydrated. |
