Versa Climber tips:-

The Versa Climber piece of equipment in the corner that looks like a spiderman climbing trainer. the VersaClimb exercises your arms and legs and all other parts of your body at the same time, it's great for an aerobic work out.

The VersaClimber should be totally adjustable to your height and reach. Care should be taken if you suffer from any back problems. Even if you have warmed up before hand start on the VersaClimb with small, quick strokes for about 5 minutes, this will ensure all your muscles are properly warmed up. Then try experimenting by changing the resistance on the arms and legs, you should be able to sit down and only work the arms or hold onto a grab rail and only work the legs. Remember to never over extend and lock any of your joints.
