Stretching Exercises are often forgotten about.
Remember stretching exercise as part of your warm up and cooling down routine. When done before exercising the stretching exercises relax and begin to gently warm up your muscles. This will reduce your risk of injury. When stretching after exercise it will reduce the after effects ie your muscles will not ache as much and will not feel as tight. |
