Stepper tips:-
The stepper is great for ladies, it firms up the buttocks and thighs. It can be exhausting on the stepper if your not used to exercise you may only last a very short time before giving up. But keep trying, it is a great one for burning those calories. Watch out if you suffer from knee complaints on the stepper as a lot of the strain is placed on them. Whilst on the stepper don't hold the hand rails or use them in anyway to increase pressure on the foot pads they are there for you to keep your balance only. Stand up straight leaning forward slightly to keep balance. Keep all your foot on the footpad, not just your toes. Take average steps not quick short ones or deep power ones. |
