You will have to work on your abdominal muscles. But no matter how much weight training you put into this muscle group you will not be able to see the six pack until you have a body fat percentage of around 18 percent. And to be really defined you must attain a body fat percentage of around 15%. Unfortunately for woman to attain a six pack (Unless you naturally gifted) would mean running the risk of irregular periods and possible osteoporosis. Is a six pack really worth it, what about a one pack! |
