But no matter how much weight training you put into this muscle group you will not be able to see the six pack until you have a body fat percentage of around 18 percent. 

And to be really defined you must attain a body fat percentage of around 15%. Unfortunately for woman to attain a six pack (Unless you naturally gifted) would mean running the risk of irregular periods and possible osteoporosis. Is a six pack really worth it, what about a one pack!
