Some examples of incorrect stretching:- 

Don't bounce.

Don't hold your breath.

Don't stretch until you can't stand the pain any further It should not be uncomfortable.

Don't look at the person next to you, then push your self to compete. Stretching is for you not anyone else, just because the woman next to you has her ankle around the back of her head does not mean you should!! You may not be able to get it back again!!

Stretch all you body muscles not just the ones you are planning on using in your exercise routine. Incorrect stretching is a major cause of injury.
