Heart Rate

The resting heart rate of a typical person should be between 60 and 90 beats per minute.

What's your heart rate? find out by placing your fore finger on a blood vein and measure the amount of pulses in 20 seconds, remember to times it by three for beats per minute. If you feel no heart rate try a different vein there is one in your neck and wrist that are easy to get to. You can also buy a heart rate monitor that will automatically do the job for you.
