Are you fit enough to meet your exercise program?
What's your exercise program? You should ask your self some questions before you start a vigorous exercise program for the first time:- 1. Do you have a history of heart disease? 2. Did any of your direct older relations or brothers/sisters develop heart disease? 3. Do you have diabetes or high blood sugar levels? 4. Do you smoke or have recently given up? 5. Do you have high cholesterol? 6. Have you been inactive up till now? 7. Do you have high blood pressure? If the answer to any one of these questions is yes, then you should consult your doctor before starting he should be able to advise you on a more suitable exercise program. |
