Motivation at the gym

One of the hardest things is to keep motivated whilst exercising. So how do you keep motivated at the gym?

You have got to vary your routine, one day just work on your legs, another just work on your arms, another work on your aerobic fitness another concentrate on your stretching and so on.

Vary the machines you use in your gym to achieve the same muscle work out. Remember the gym does not have to be just about working up a sweat, you are allowed to socialise and have a chat as well!
