Easy Dieting, a few easy tips on reducing your calorie intake.
Easy Dieting:- 1. Eat smaller portions 2. If you feel like snacking, eat something, but make sure it's health. (Fruit or Vegetables). 3. Remember you can say NO! In this day and age people do not get offended if you say 'no thank you' to that helping of desert. 4. Eat slower, it takes time for your body to realise that you have had enough. 5. It's all about making your dieting easy so drink sensibly, add some diet tonic or low cal lemonade to your drinks if you have to drink alcohol. Most people are dehydrated so drink plenty of water through out the day. 6. Remove all temptations, take those chocolate bars from under the sink and save them as one of your training target rewards. Better give them to your non chocolate eating neighbour for safe keeping though!! Let us know if you have any easy dieting tips. |
