Osteoporosis

Osteoporosis is a bone disease that causes porosity of the bones and can result in breakages, it is usually associated with women.

It has been shown that aerobic exercise such as step and running help reduce the risk of osteoporosis, the contact with the floor by your feet causes the bones to maintain and even increase in strength. It is however, possible to over do it and injure other parts of your body such as the knee joints.
