Aerobic conditioning, once you stop training how long to loose yours?
It does not matter how hard you trained as soon as you stop completely you will tend to loss your improved aerobic conditioning within two to twelve weeks. If possible just cut down on the training instead of giving up completely. When you do start to get in the mood again you will find it a lot easier to get back to your original aerobic condition. |
