There are generally 3 body types
We are stuck with our body type no matter what! You can not grow in height by using weights or become amazingly muscular if your normally very slim. 3 Body Types Are:- Body Type 1:- Mesomorph - If you have large bones, and shoulders that are wider than your hips then this is you, you will be more adverse at gaining muscle. Body Type 2:- Ectomorph - If you are very slim (Skinny) and small boned with hips and shoulders about the same size then this is you. You can change the definition of your body but will find it difficult to increase muscle size. Body Type 3:- Endomorph - Are you curvy, large boned, hips wider than your shoulders with a nice store of fat then this is you. it is possible to tone and shape but will be a lot harder work. |
